At All Carpet Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. If your handcrafted bag isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bag

  Carefully place the unused carpet bag in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
